2021 Annual Report Acknowledgements and Statement

Part of what makes Aryana Aid an outstanding organisation is the commitment of our donors and supporters. Every grant and donation contribute to creating lasting change to the lives of thousands of poor people in Afghanistan and Pakistan. 

We would like to acknowledge the generous assistance of all our donors and supporters.

In our 11th year, we express our heartfelt gratitude to all the talented individuals who went above and beyond our wildest expectations to support our anniversary celebrations. Continuous support from Aryana Aid’s cherished donors is critical to our organisation, enabling us to serve the needs of the most vulnerable people in the region. 

We would also like to extend our appreciation to our dedicated interns and volunteers, who have assisted with collecting funds across the UK, as well as provided day-to-day support in our Kabul and London offices. On behalf of the people of Afghanistan, we are deeply grateful.

Last year, we strengthened our organisational objectives. Achievements include a substantial rise in the number of individual donations, increased support from our UK-based donors and from our global supporters, with an overall growth in our total income.

In 2021, we aim to boost our strategy for the future through diversifying our funding sources while also building on relationships with existing donors and partners, and through improving our management systems.
